My reason for losing weight and living a healthy lifestyle has never been to be skinny. I’ve always wanted to be strong. I thought I’d share my idea of “sexy” on the blog.
I’ve personally never found “skinny” to be attractive. I like working hard for things. (So much so that when my Mom got me a job at her company as a temp one summer, I was the worst employee. I did not give a shit. I think it was because it was the first and only job I hadn’t worked hard for. I didn’t value it as much.)
Anyway, this is what sexy looks like to me: Muscle. Strong backs. Toned bodies.
Muscular legs (my favourite body part). Strength.
